As a new mother, I was filled with joy and love for my daughter. However, my happiness was short-lived as I began to experience significant hair loss, something I had never faced before. Despite trying various hair care products, nothing seemed to work. I was left feeling hopeless and helpless. But my husband, who had worked in the cosmetics industry for over a decade, was determined to find a solution for me. He spent countless hours researching and testing ingredients, and finally, he came up with a homemade serum that stopped my hair loss and triggered regrowth.

As a result, I decided to offer serum samples to my friends and family to gauge their reactions. To my delight, they also experienced excellent results. It was then I realised that I had a responsibility to help others facing similar hair problems. And so, IVACHI was born. Our mission is to share our story and help others experience the same sense of hope and joy that we felt.
